The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has opened IMMERSIVE DINING, an immersive space where guests become one with the images, music, food, and setting in one of the private rooms of the hotel's main dining room, WASHOKU SOUTEN, in the pursuit of a novel "WASHOKU" (Japanese Cuisine) concept in a contemporary style. Our guests visiting from around the world will find a unique, completely new experience here.
Chef Ken Takahashi, who specializes in richly inspired and contemporary cuisine while respecting traditional Japanese culinary methods, has devised dishes that can be savored in this fantastic space. He has achieved a creative course that combines two stories inviting a sense of the extraordinary: JAPONISM, which expresses the nature, scenery, culture, and the changing of the four seasons unique to Japan; and STELLA, which represents a world made up of seven unknown planets.
