How Ranking Works

Enjoy a status upgrade based on your annual spending
Your status is determined by the total number of medals you have earned, based on the total amount you spend with us in a year. Reaching new tiers opens up new services and benefits.

The amount you spend includes service fees and taxes.
Reservations made through other websites and travel agencies are not eligible for Medals.
Weddings, banquets are not eligible for Medals.
Seibu Prince Global Rewards Card Kikkakai Gold and SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Card Saison Gold holders are entitled to Gold Member Services regardless of the amount they spend.
If a guest has a card with a credit function and reaches a new status tier, the status on the app membership card will take precedence.
Show your status card or app membership card when you want to take advantage of a benefit or service.

Status Determination Period and Usage Period

Timeline

Your status tier is determined based on the number of medals you have earned from January of the current year to the previous month. If you have earned the number of medals needed for a higher status, your status will be upgraded on the 10th of the month.

You do not need to wait until the following year to take advantage of the services and benefits of the new tier after your status is upgraded.
