What is Seibu Prince Global Rewards?
Seibu Prince Global Rewards is a unique loyalty program offered by Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. It enables members to enjoy various benefits for comfortable stays at Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts.
The number of "medals" awarded to members based on the total amount spent from January of the current year to the previous month determines the tier of the members, and as the their tier increases, the services and privileges are enhanced.

What is the difference between SEIBU PRINCE CLUB and Seibu Prince Global Rewards?
"SEIBU PRINCE CLUB" is a loyalty program offered by Seibu Holdings and common to all Seibu Group companies.
Within this program, Seibu Prince Global Rewards is a unique loyalty program offered by Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide.

Please go to the website of the Seibu Prince Global Rewards (https://www.seibuprince.com/loyalty) or download the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app to get enrolled.
If you are a SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Member already, please press "log in" and enter your membership number and your password. Your membership information of SEIBU PRINCE CLUB will be linked to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards platform. If you are to newly get enrolled, press "sign up."
*If you have a SEIBU PRINCE CLUB card but not enrolled to the membership, please refer to question No.2.

No, no fee is charged for using the Seibu Prince Global Rewards service.

Can I use app-only benefits or plans without getting enrolled?
By getting enrolled, you can use member-only benefits and plans.
Also, by downloading the app, you can use the app-only coupons.
Currently we are not offering "the app-only plans" at hotels and restaurants in the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.

The first screen you see after opening the app or the "home" you can see at the bottom of the app screen enable you to log in or get enrolled.
I forgot/don't know my membership number.
Please check the email you received at the time of enrollment, eDMs, or the back side of your physical card if you have any.
I forgot/don't know my SEIBU Smile ID.
SEIBU Smile ID is your email adress. Please call the Seibu Prince Club Desk (04-2929-0011) if you forget your email adress.
I forgot/don't know my password.
Please press "forgot password" in the log-in screen to check/change your password.
My account is locked because I entered wrong passwords.
Please press "forgot password" in the log-in screen to reset your password.
I want to reset password, but forgot which email adress I used for the enrollment.
Please check with which email adress you received the enrollment email.
I want to log in without network like wi-fi.
Please use your mobile data or wi-fi available at each hotel.
Can I not log in with my email address?
You can only log in to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app with membership number.
If you get enrolled to the Seibu Smile ID, email address is also usable for logging in to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.
Can I log in on multiple devices?
Please log in on one devive.
What are conditions for a password (Capital or small letters, numbers, signs etc.)?
A password must be within 8 to 23 letters and include at least three of these: capital letter, small letter, number, and sign. (signs include: + ! # $ % () = ~ | \ ^ - [] {} ? , . / _ : ;)
Am I automatically signed out after logging in?
If you don't use the app for a month, you will be signed out.
About Points/Medals
What is the difference between points and medals?
SEIBU Smile POINTS are earned at a rate of 1 point for every 110 yen (including tax) spent at SEIBU PRINCE CLUB member stores. They can be used when paying for purchases at member stores, with an exchange rate of one yen per point (1 point = 1 JPY). Medals are awarded at a rate of one medal for every 10,000 yen (including service charges and consumption tax) spent at Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts in a given year. They are used to determine your status level and available services the following year change according to the number of medals earned.

Reservations made through other companies' websites or travel agencies are not eligible to receive points.

Do points expire? How long are they valid?
SEIBU Smile POINTS will expire on December 31st of the year following the year in which the points are awarded.

No, Please download and use the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.
How many bonus status medals will I receive?
Diamond members who earn 200 medals or more per year will receive 20 bonus medals. Platinum members who earn 50 medals or more per year will receive 5 bonus medals, and Gold members who earn 20 medals or more per year will receive 2 bonus medals every April as a present.
*Medals will be awarded by the end of April based on the status achieved from January to December of the previous year, which serves as the basic status determination period.
Is the Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza the only place where parking service is available?
Yes, parking service is available at the Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza.
When will someone who made a wedding referral become a Platinum Member?
Platinum status is conferred about one month after the reception (wedding).
Is late check-out guaranteed?
No. Upon arrival, information about this will be provided depending on availability.
Why is late check-out guaranteed for reservations made through other companies, but not for reservations made directly?
It appears that the reservation you have indicated is for a plan that was sold with a guaranteed length of stay.

Can I make a reservation on the SEIBU PRINCE CLUB app?
No, you can not make a reservation via SEIBU PRINCE CLUB app. Please do so via the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.
Where on the app can I see/cancel my booking?
①Tap "Book" at the bottom of the home screen.
②Select "Hotel" on the book/search page, and tap "See List of Hotels."

Can I see the usage history of Prince Hotels?
Tap "Points earned" on the home screen to see the pop-up for points. There press "Usage History" at the bottom that leads you to the MyPage, and log in to see the history.
I was not asked to log in again to make a reservation on the SEIBU PRINCE CLUB app, but from April 25 I get asked to log in again. Is this going to be solved?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are developing the system now, and could apply the function around fall.
Can I check the number for the concierge desk from the app?
At the top page, press "About Tier Status/Medals" and select "Seibu Prince Global Rewards" at the bottom of the pop-up. Select "Sign up/Log in"and log in to the tier page. Tap the three lines on the top right, and select concierge desk.
Reservations for day use was possible before, but from April 25, it seems not. How can I reserve a day use plan?
You can still reserve day use plans. 。
The plans could be available/not available, depending on the hotel, and date.
You can reserve them from the top page of the hotel of interest by setting the date to use as the check-in date and following date as the check-out date.
