Earning Points
You earn 1 SEIBU Smile POINTS for every 110 yen (including tax) you spend at Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts properties.
Reservations made through other websites and travel agencies, are not eligible for points.
Points cannot be awarded after payment, nor at a later date with a receipt.
Some participating stores offer services that are not eligible for points.
Point award rates differ depending on the store.
Please confirm the details with the store before use.
At Prince Smart Inn, SEIBU Smile POINTs will be automatically awarded the day after you check out.

The SEIBU Smile POINTS you have earned can be used at a conversion rate of 1 yen per point at participating SEIBU PRINCE CLUB stores.
SEIBU Smile POINTs cannot be used for payment at Prince Smart Inn. Please use your points at other participating locations.
Expiration of Points
Your status tier is determined based on the number of medals you have earned from January of the current year to the previous month. If you have earned the number of medals needed for a higher status, your status will be upgraded on the 10th of the month.
You do not need to wait until the following year to take advantage of the services and benefits of the new tier after your status is upgraded.
