Depending on your expenditure at Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts, you can accumulate both Hotel & Leisure POINT and SEIBU Smile POINT. Redeem your earned points seamlessly through the app when making payments in stores. *Hotel & Leisure POINT are exclusively redeemable at Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts facilities. *SEIBU Smile POINT can be used at any SEIBU PRINCE CLUB member store, including Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts facilities.
You earn two Hotel & Leisure POINT and one SEIBU Smile POINT for every 110 yen (tax included) you spend at Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts facilities. Please present your membership card before paying.
*At banquets and weddings, guests earn SEIBU Smile POINT as follows: 5,000 points for 500,000 yen to 1.5 million yen spent, 10,000 points for 1.5 million yen to 3 million yen spent, and 20,000 points for 3 million yen or more spent. (1 point per 110 yen for amounts less than 500,000 yen)
Reservations made through other websites and travel agencies, are not eligible for points.
Points cannot be awarded after payment, nor at a later date with a receipt.
Some participating stores offer services that are not eligible for points.

Prince Smart Inn will automatically award Hotel & Leisure POINT and SEIBU Smile POINT the day after check-out.

Expiration of Points
Your status tier is determined based on the number of medals you have earned from January of the current year to the previous month. If you have earned the number of medals needed for a higher status, your status will be upgraded on the 10th of the month.
You do not need to wait until the following year to take advantage of the services and benefits of the new tier after your status is upgraded.
