Seibu Prince Global Rewards Supplemental Privacy Policy

1.SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is a supplement to the SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Privacy Policy (“SPC Privacy Policy”) and sets out how SEIBU PRINCE HOTELS WORLDWIDE INC. (registered office: 1-16-15 Minami Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo 171-0022, Japan, “SPW”) and Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts branded hotels and facilities (together with SPW, "we", "us", "our") use personal data in relation to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards.

2.What personal data do we collect and use?

In addition to data set out in Section 3.1 of the SPC Privacy policy, we process the following types of personal data registered by you.

(a) Your interests (e.g., in sports, amusement and hobby) and anniversary dates
(b) Name, relationship and date of birth of your family

Prior to registering the personal data of your family, please ensure that the respective person is informed and his/her consent is obtained.

3.For what purpose do we use your personal data and with whom is it shared?

The table below supplements Section 3.3 of the SPC Privacy Policy and provides details on how we use your personal data set out in Section 2 above, the lawful bases we rely on when doing so and details of whom we may share such personal data with:
