We guarantee the best rates for all plans with the same details at the time of reservation.

Compared to other companies' reservation websites, member rates are always at least 5% lower than the general room rates.

Best Rate Terms and Conditions

In order to guarantee the best rate, the following conditions must be met at the time of reservation:

- Same hotel

- Equivalent room type (view and level)

- Same services and benefits (including amenities)

- Same bed type

- Same dates of stay (arrival and departure dates)

- Same number of guests

- Same length of stay (check-in and check-out times)

- Same payment method

- Same cancellation conditions

Note that rates on the official Prince Hotel website and the rates on websites operated by other companies may change daily due to room availability.

Exclusions from the Best Rate Guarantee Comparison

- Products targeted to specific member organizations

- Products for corporate contracts and groups, products handled by travel agencies, etc.

- Products that fluctuate according to exchange rates

- Prices that incorporate discounts such as points and coupons unique to other internet reservation sites

- Prices that our hotels cannot participate in, such as sales through other internet reservation sites and travel agencies

- Some package products that include incidental charges, such as the use of facilities other than lodging

If We Can't Provide the Best Rate

After you have made a reservation directly through the official Prince Hotels & Resorts website or by telephone, please contact one of the following within 24 hours or at least 72 hours prior to check-in. We will contact you within 72 hours after confirming the details of your reservation.

- Website Reservation Inquiry Form

- Reservations staff for each accommodation you have reserved: Please find the phone number on each hotel page at the bottom of this page.

If you use the Reservation Inquiry Form, please provide the following information in the Inquiry Details field.

- Date, plan, rate, name and contact information for the reservation you made through our official contact.

- Please provide information on the websites of other companies with which you would like to compare rates (websites, plan details, rates, etc.). Please specify the URL for any websites.

When I made my reservation, the official website had the lowest price, but one week before my stay, another company's booking site had a lower price.

The rates on the date you made the booking are applicable.

There are rooms available at lower rates on other booking sites, but only rooms at higher rates are available on the official website.

The prices are applicable only for the same room type.

The rates at Prince Hotel A are lower than those at Prince Hotel B.

The prices are applicable only for the same hotel.

Day X and Day Y are both weekdays, but Day Y is cheaper.

The prices are applicable only for the same day.

I made a reservation for one night starting on Date X, but the Consecutive Night Plan on another company's booking site has a cheaper rate for Date X.

Because the rate is based on consecutive nights, the dates of stay (arrival and departure) must be the same to be applicable.

The rates listed in a travel agency brochure are cheaper.

Travel agency products are not applicable.

The packages listed on an airline's website are cheaper in total.

Airline and other package products are not applicable.

The rates on the employee benefit service website are cheaper depending on the day you use the service.

Room rates for specific member organizations are not applicable.

The rates on my credit card company's members' website are cheaper.

Room rates for specific member organizations are not applicable.

I made a reservation because I have a corporate contract, but other the booking sites operated by other companies are cheaper for the same dates and equivalent room type.

For corporate contracts, room rates are agreed upon and sold between the two companies in advance. As a result, corporate contracts are not applicable.
