Internet Reservation System Terms of Use
Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following rules for the appropriate use of the Internet reservation system operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the System") by its customers. We ask that you agree to these rules before using the system.
Article 1 (Compliance with Basic Items)
(1) When using this system, customers shall comply with the general manners, morals, and technical rules of Internet use, as well as the laws of Japan and public order and morals.
(2) The use of this system for commercial purposes, such as making arrangements on behalf of a customer for a fee, for any reason, is strictly prohibited.
(3) In order to receive services using the System, you must also comply with the Hotel's General Terms and Conditions and Rules of Use, which are separately stipulated.
Article 2.
In the event that the Company deems that a customer has caused damage to the Company's honor, credit, or any other damage to the Company through the use of the Internet in violation of the preceding Article, or has caused trouble or disadvantage to a third party in the operation of this system, the Company may refuse the customer's use of this system and its facilities and may demand compensation for the damage. Article 3.
Only customers who have agreed to these Rules may use this system. By using this system to make a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these Rules and Regulations.
Article 4.
This system is intended for customers who have appropriate settings for text, e-mail, and printers. The Company assumes no responsibility for the results of operation or the various effects that may result from those who do not meet these conditions. The Company also assumes no responsibility for the consequences of the System not operating properly even if the above conditions are met, due to reasons beyond its control, including all circumstances related to the environmental settings of the customer's terminal.
Article 5.
In using this system, you shall be responsible for any and all actions taken by you, your email account, or your credit card number, and the results of such actions, regardless of whether or not you took the actions yourself. In the event that you cause damage to a third party, you shall be responsible for resolving the matter at your own expense, except in the case of negligence on our part.
Article 6 (Cancellation or Change of Reservation)
Cancellation of reservations made through this system shall be made through this system. If a reservation is to be changed, a new reservation shall be made and the previous reservation shall be cancelled.
Article 7.
In the event that a reservation is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the User, the Company shall charge a penalty fee in accordance with the Company's terms and conditions.
For Prince Waikiki, The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, a penalty fee of one night's stay will be charged from 3 days prior to the local time of the date of use (4 days prior to departure from Japan).
Article 8.
When applying for the desired product, please fill out the designated form accurately. Incomplete entries may invalidate the application.
Article 9.
The Company reserves the right to change the operation and content of this system without prior notice to customers when the Company deems it necessary. Please confirm these rules each time you use the system.
Article 10.
The Company may temporarily suspend this system without prior notice or consent of the customer in the event of any of the following
(1) When the Company deems it necessary to suspend the service for maintenance or construction of the system, or for other reasons.
(2) When natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances occur or threaten to occur, making it difficult to operate the system.
Article 11.
The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of competent jurisdiction in the event that litigation becomes necessary in relation to this system.
The handling of customers' personal information shall be in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.
